In a post-apocalyptic New York, martial arts brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee run a small training school and practice the fighting style of Sou-Setsu-Ken. Their lives change when Billy's girlfriend, Marian, is kidnapped by the Black Warriors, a violent street gang led by Willy.

The gang demands that the brothers reveal their martial arts secrets in exchange for Marian's freedom. Billy and Jimmy set out to rescue her, fighting their way through the city's slums, an industrial area and a forest before reaching the gang's hideout.

Along the way, the brothers can use punches, kicks, throws and their distinctive elbow strike, as well as weapons found throughout the stages, including bats, whips and other objects.
