Hidden in the mountains of Colombia, the Madrigal family lives in a magical house located within a wondrous refuge known as the Encanto. Its miracle has blessed every child in the family with a unique supernatural gift—everyone except Mirabel. When she discovers that the magic protecting their home is beginning to fail, Mirabel sets out to uncover the cause and realizes that she may be the only person capable of saving both the miracle and her family.
