Kitty Winn is an American actress whose career has included film, television, and theatre. She received the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival for her performance opposite Al Pacino in The Panic in Needle Park. She later became widely known for portraying Sharon Spencer in The Exorcist and reprised the role in Exorcist II: The Heretic. Her other screen work includes They Might Be Giants, Peeper, and numerous television productions. Winn eventually stepped away from regular screen acting while maintaining an association with theatre.
